Cancellation
Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment. A credit card on file is required to hold your reservation.
You'll receive a confirmation call, text, or email 72 hours before your appointment. If it is cancelled within 48 hours, you're responsible for 50% of the service.
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, you're responsible for 100% of the missed appointment.
Please understand that a missed appointment is a significant loss for our stylists' daily schedule.
Other Policies
- Gratuity for your stylist is welcome in cash or Venmo.
- We do not accept checks as payment.
- All prices are a starting point and may increase depending on the service.
- Complimentary correctional work is available within one week of your original visit; after that, it becomes a chargeable service.
- Junior Stylist services are not included in any discount or promotion.
